Arizona DUI Law

DUI is an unpopular crime in Arizona (and in all other states). Federal, state and local agencies along with non-profit organizations such as M.A.D.D. have put forth tremendous efforts to minimize the risks associated with drunk driving. As a result, Arizona DUI Law has become harsher. 1st offense and extreme DUI convictions carry misdemeanor convictions while an aggravated DUI conviction is a felony.
